Brad gained 30 years of Building Maintenance and HVAC repair experience working for the University of Houston , Holiday Inn, ACS Commercial Services, ConServ Building services and HVAC industry leaders such as Lennox International.

In March 2020 during the COVID-19 epidemic, Brad lost his full-time employment.  Friends and acquaintances who knew of his diverse maintenance skill-set began calling him to help with various projects including exterior boat repairs, carpentry, exterior painting and AC service.  Before he knew it, he was working weekly and decided now would be a great time to start his own handyman business.

Brad loves handyman work because of the diversity and the ability to help people .  Not everyone knows how to fix a leaking faucet, replace a toilette float, troubleshoot why their AC isn't blowing cold air or build a deer blind from scratch, but Brad does.  Sometimes "life happens" and you simply don't have the time for home repairs.  Brad can help!  He's done a little bit of everything, and what he doesn't know, he figures it out quickly and efficiently.
